Time best spent in nature…

It’s the Halloween season, an obvious favorite time of year, and I have been enjoying my time, making the most of these last sunny days before winter, frolicking in nature with some of my favorite people.

Howdy readers, this is a slice of life post, a peak into time best spent in nature. I hope you feel inspired to go out, observe the trees and their falling leaves, make room for the slugs and frogs, and bundle up by an evening fire!

My brother carved an amazing Jack O Lantern! We forgot tea candles, though, so his phone flashlight had to suffice for a picture, haha!

The creation process….. the good the bad, and the guts……..

What a beautiful red corn! We can officially check “getting lost in a corn maze” off our 2025 Halloween bucket list, haha!
